Job Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales Executive (Fresher), you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that promote our packaged drinking water products to our target audience. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
· Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies that promote our products to our target audience.
· Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
· Assist in the management of social media and online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the packaged drinking water industry.
· Help plan and execute events such as product launches, sampling activities, and promotions.
· Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, such as designers and printers, to produce marketing materials.
· Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and outcomes to senior management.
Sales:
· Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
· Support the building and maintenance of relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Assist in identifying new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
· Provide customers with product information and promotional materials to increase awareness and interest in our products.
· Support the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and quotes to customers.
· Assist in the coordination with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
· Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
· Interest in the packaged drinking water industry and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
