Position for Executive - Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
Krita Technosolutions is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our new office in Chennai, T. Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, meeting with potential clients and showrooms, and managing the overall operations of the branch. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in digital marketing and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients for digital marketing services.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients and showrooms to understand their digital marketing needs and propose suitable solutions.
Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the branch team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on branch performance, client meetings, and sales activities to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and client relationship management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of client acquisition and sales target achievement.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai, T. Nagar.
Availability: Immediate joiner required.
