Job Summary: The Marketing Executive at AF Enterprises Ltd, under the brand name RIDH, is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's wide range of plastic products. The role involves creating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating leads. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and enhance the company's online presence through the website and other digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy development: Work with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for RIDH's product portfolio Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitors. Devise marketing plans to position RIDH as a leader in the plastic products industry.
Campaign execution: Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events. Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and product catalogs. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.
Digital marketing and online presence: Manage digital marketing initiatives for RIDH, including the company website (www.ridh.in), search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media marketing. Optimize the website's content and user experience to drive traffic and conversions. Leverage digital platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with customers.
Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and make informed marketing decisions. Identify opportunities for new product development or market expansion.
Brand management: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards. Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
Relationship building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry influencers. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the RIDH brand and explore partnership opportunities.
Sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including product information, sales collateral, and promotional materials. Assist in developing sales strategies and customer acquisition plans.
Requirements:
Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in marketing, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, is preferred.
Knowledge of marketing principles: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics. Familiarity with digital marketing, market research, branding, and campaign analysis.
Digital marketing proficiency: Experience with managing digital marketing campaigns, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools is an advantage.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate marketing messages and engage with customers. Strong presentation skills to showcase products and represent the brand.
Creativity and problem-solving: Innovative thinking and ability to develop creative marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Adaptability and teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
