Our company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to lead our Sales efforts. As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales strategies that drive revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership skills, and at least 2 years of experience in Sales management.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement Sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
· Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop strategies to retain their business
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, and digital marketing initiatives
· Manage the company's CRM system and ensure accurate and timely data entry
· Monitor Sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement
· Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, event planners, and digital marketing agencies
· Ensure that the Sales department operates efficiently and effectively, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
· Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales management
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hindi
· Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Preferable experience in:
· Real estate, mutual fund, credit card.

1. EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYEES MUST NOT SHARE/DISCLOSE ANY KIND OF INFORMATION OF THE COMPANY’S RELATED ACTIVITES TO ANYONE AT ALL TIMES, ALSO IF ANY OTHER PERSON IS TO BE KNOWN OR TAKEN PART OR COLOBERATING IN THESE ACTIVITES WILL BE CONSIDERED COMMITTED ACT OF TREASON. IF FAILING TO DO SO WILL BE ENTITLED TO STRICT ACTIONS AS IT IS AGAINST COMPANY’S POLICY AND WILL BE RELIVED IMMEDATELY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD AND WILL HAVE TO COMPENSATE THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY SHARING/DISCLOSING INFORMATION.
2. If any person outside office is asking you to share information employee must share the details/information of that person to higher authorities as soon as possible.
3. EMPLOYEE will be responsible to sign the NDA immediately during joining.
4. Company will do the police verification, background check, reference check from previous employer and confirmation of 2 relatives will be taken before joining and employee is entitled to provide valid personal information. If any issue found, additional security subject to situation should be provided to company by EMPLOYEE.
5. EMPLOYEE will be entitled to get uniform, use and maintain the facility provided by company all time during office hours.
6. EMPLOYEE will be entitled to travel allowance like bus/rickshaw subject to Over time (OT) hours, OT above 2 hours will be paid to EMPLOYEE with food allowance.
7. If any traveling issue arrives in subject to unavoidable circumstances created that leave will be paid on condition to evaluation of senior authority.
8. EMPLOYEE is entitled to one half day of every month to be paid one.
+. EMPLOYEE should intimidate the immediate senior 1 month advance for long leaves.
10. EMPLOYEE’s salary will be paid in between 7 – 10th of every month.
11. EMPLOYEE will be entitled to paid trainingor any inhouse training provided by company (which is cost to company) before starting work.
12. EMPLOYEE will be entitled to BONUS after completion of 12 months, and will be paid on 13th month or during Diwali.
13. EMPLOYEE will be entitled to couponsrelated to Clothing, Holiday package, etc.
14. Company will organize picnic or trip and attendance/participation is compulsory for team building one will day’s trip another for multiple nights.
15. Company will provide insurance policy up to 3 Lakhs as part of CTC to employee.
16. Company will provide the hike per year ranging from 5-30% as per performance of the employee.
17. EMPLOYEE should maintain the decorum at all times. Failing to do the EMPLOYEE will be entitled for strict actions.
18. EMPLOYEE should prove its performancein 3 months’ time by performing to it full capacity. Failing to do so will be entitled to be relieved immediately on 15 days’ notice.
1+. EMPLOYEE will not be entitled to any Sick, Casual or Paid leave, all leaves will be unpaid leave.
20. All EMPLOYEE will get the loanof maximum of the whole CTC which will be recovered in 3 years of maximum time without interest after completion of 1 year.
21. There will be no advance payment unless its family emergency like Hospital Bills and will only be entitled to one month’s salary in advance.
22. EMPLOYEE will be responsible to reach on time in specified office hours which is 10:00 am. 15 minutes of delay will be acceptable up to 3 times per month, if more than 3 times half day salary will be deducted.
23. EMPLOYEE’s club holidays like Saturday, Sunday, Monday, the Sunday’s paid day will be deducted from salary.
24. EMPLOYEE shall pay the damage of company’s property in full. Example laptop, mobile phone, uniform etc.
25. If any EMPLOYEE leaves company under 6 months, half cost of uniform will be deducted from its Full and Final Pay.
