Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Behind The Scenes Events, utilizing both online and offline channels to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
Networking: Actively participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and bridal shows to expand the company's reach and establish partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales process.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, translating client visions into memorable experiences.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the events or hospitality industry. Freshers with a strong passion for sales and events are also encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and engage with diverse audiences.
