Role:
The Academic Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling academic products and services to educational institutions, teachers, and students. They will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Eligibility:
• B. Tech / Graduate Candidates/ BBA / MBA - With 2+ Years of Experienced
• 2+ Years of Experience in Sales, Business Development & Marketing
• An engineering background or relevant degree will added bonus
Expected Salary:
• Salary: Up to 6 LPA (3LPA Fixed + 3LPA Variable) + Good Incentive + Exponential Growth + Upto 70% salary hike after 1st year (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Academic & Corporate Sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, including teachers and administrators.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and targeted advertising.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the academic sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the academic market and trends.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
