Job Title: Sales Executive

We are looking for MBA freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to potential clients, project sites, and dealers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers (contractors/builders/distributors).
Promote and explain the company’s products – steel, cement, and other raw materials.
Maintain client relationships and gather market intelligence.
Collect orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
Submit daily reports of visits and activities to the Sales Manager.
Assist in payment follow-ups and documentation if required.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: MBA
Experience: (0–4year of experience in fieldwork or sales will be a plus)
Gender: Female preffered
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the city/region for field visits
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Mobile apps
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
