Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell educational products or services, including courses, training programs, or Franchise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education landscape and be passionate about helping students and institutions achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in schools, colleges, coaching centers, and universities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and information sessions.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics .
• Collaborate with the academic and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, webinars, and seminars.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and presentations tailored to the target audience.
• Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree , or a related field education.
• Proven experience ( 0-1year ) in sales and/or marketing in the education industry .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and events.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
