Key Functional Responsibilities
1. Primarily responsible to establish and develop good relationships with prospective clients to make successful sales.
2. Rightly recommending best solutions with strong focus on products unique selling preposition to the client.
3. Developing the regional base of active customers – upselling and cross-selling
4. Meeting company revenue targets and goals for both fresh revenue and other revenue types.
5. Maintain Strict Follow up routine and maximize potential revenue by increasing ticket size.
6. Generating leads via different outreach efforts, client referral and partner networks.
7. Work on client retention and contract renewals
8. Develop relationships with all accounts and develop key relationships with strategic accounts.
+. Understand the competitors’ product and their selling price to strategically place the company’s product in the mind of the customer.
10. Identify areas where company can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to management.
Skill
Requirement
1. Prior knowledge and experience in selling cloud products like Private Cloud, Public Cloud, dedicated servers, shared servers, Cloud based SAAS based selling, Tally on Cloud VDI etc.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Passionate about sales and achieving sales targets.
4. Competent to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
5. Approach to learn about company’s technical product and its features.
6. Should have ability to take discussions regarding cloud aspects with CXO’s/Application Head at customer and articulate cloud offerings.
7. Ability to build rapport, create connections and drive engagement with customers.
