Introduction:
Magic Box Media Pvt. Ltd. is an up and coming social media agency specialising in helping businesses establish and enhance their online presence. We provide strategic social media marketing services, content creation, advertising campaigns, and community management to help our clients achieve their marketing goals. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team and drive new business opportunities for our agency.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our social media services. Proactively prospect new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
2. Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives. Conduct consultations to assess their social media requirements and present tailored solutions that align with their goals. Provide expert advice on the latest social media trends, best practices, and strategies to help clients achieve optimal results.
3. Generate Sales: Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our social media services to prospective clients. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that showcase our capabilities and demonstrate how we can address their specific needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
4. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as social media managers, content creators, and digital strategists, to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the delivery of services.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms and technologies. Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise in social media marketing to better serve clients and position our agency as a thought leader.
Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
2. Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and their marketing potential. Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and advertising platforms is a plus.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Active listening skills to understand clients' needs and provide relevant solutions.
4. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
5. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technologies to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
7. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
