• Leverage your 3-4 years of experience in real estate or broking to excel in our dynamic team.
• Navigate the western region of Mumbai, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Develop a robust understanding of the real estate industry and cultivate relationships with property dealers, builders, and clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, client follow-ups, and property showings.
• Showcase expertise in RERA, under construction projects, and the secondary market.
• Contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.
• Technical Expertise:*
• Stay ahead with an in-depth understanding of Mumbai's real estate market, trends, and legal aspects.
• Identify and nurture potential clients through effective marketing strategies.
• Possess proficient knowledge in real estate documentation, procedures, and formalities.

• Exhibit good conversation skills and convincing power to win over clients.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, G-Drive), legal documents, online digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, portals, and social media marketing.
