Job Summary
Handle sales of RedCarpet Ruby Card via agent network
Responsible for hiring agents in assigned locations.
Ensure optimum performance in meeting the stipulated sales target via agents network
Coordination with agents when requested by management and supporting them to meet the sales target and increase productivity.
Attend to agent concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them.
Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales
Good communication skills in Hindi or English
Experience in BFSI industry preferred
