Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales role located in Gandhinagar. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves presenting products or services to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads to close sales. The Sales Representative will also provide reports to management and actively contribute to the improvement of sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and presentations
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Self-motivation, result-orientation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

• *Food Ingredients -Assistant Manager/Manager**
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell **food ingredients** and additives to B2B clients.
- Develop new business by identifying potential customers in bakery, dairy, beverages, confectionery, snacks, and nutraceutical sectors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for clients.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence (competitor products, pricing, and customer trends).
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars.
• *Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
- **Experience: 2-5 years in technical sales/business development of food ingredients, additives, or nutraceuticals (mandatory).**
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
- **Willingness to travel extensively** across regions.
