Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
