Hi All, My Company Required Team for Manpower Outsourcing Company across all India, In Every State: 1 State Manager - Sales & Marketing Total Requirement - Each in Every State Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Relevant Field Salary as per their interview Male & Female both can Apply Minimum Qualification - MBA (Sales & Marketing) Willing to travel as per requirement. Role & Responsibilities : Clients & Lead Generation with their Sales & Marketing Team Fulfill of clients requirement of manpower as per their work order. Coordination with Operation Team for fulfill of our clients demands Project preparation & DPR preparation. 2. HR Head Total Requirement - Each in Every State Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Relevant Field Salary as per their interview Male & Female both can Apply Minimum Qualification - MBA (HR) Willing to travel as per requirement. Role & Responsibilities: Manpower Hiring as per State Manager Requirement and Team Building Followup with Team for daily manpower deployment at clients premises. Total Manpower Deployment report sharing on daily basis Payroll Preparation EPF & ESIC Deduction report preparation as per manpower deployed. Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Package E-Mailing 3. HR Executive Total Requirement - Each in Every State Minimum 1 Years of Experience in Relevant Field Salary as per their interview Male & Female both can Apply Minimum Qualification - MBA (HR) Good Communication Skills Good Knowledge of MS Office Package (Specially in MS-Excel) E-Mail Role & Responsibilities: Support of HR Head in manpower hiring as per requirement. Salary Preparation of deployed manpower on clients site Daily Manpower count on clients site sharing. 4. Accounts Head: Total Requirement - 1 Only for Bihar location Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Relevant Field Salary as per their interview Male & Female both can Apply Minimum Qualification - M.com Knowladge of Tally ERP+ 5. Field Supervisor - State Level Minimum 5 Years of experience in manpower deployment Minimum Qualification - Any Graduate Bike and Mobile compulsory Role & Responsibilities: Manpower deployment as per order received by clients through State Manager.
