Sales & Marketing Professional Wanted
As a Sales & Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing & business development strategies aligned with our overall goals & objectives. This includes monitoring sales, focusing on market expansion, exploring new markets and geographical areas for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive business growth to expand our reach
• Lead conversion strategies to expand the customer base to achieve revenue targets
• Give costing to buyers and convert leads to orders, providing timely status updates to customers until shipment delivery and payment collection
In this role, you will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, planning and executing various marketing campaigns across different channels, and leading a team by setting goals and guiding them to take necessary actions for lead conversion. Additionally, adhering to systems and processes implemented from time to time is essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
A degree from a reputable college
Prior sales & marketing experience within the garment industry
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Prior experience handling a team is a plus
Open to learning
Accountability and ownership skills
