Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales team and developing sales strategies to meet sales targets. They will also need to develop long-term relationships with customers, monitor the market trends, and work closely with stakeholders across all levels to determine the best marketing initiatives for the business.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a high-performing sales team
• Ability to analyze sales data to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or consumer products industry is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
