We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 month
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Ideal For: Freshers or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Marketing, Business, or related fields
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate marketing strategies, sales operations, and client interaction. You will assist in generating leads, coordinating site visits, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping close deals under guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in lead generation through digital platforms and outbound calling
Work with the sales team to follow up with prospects and schedule site visits
Coordinate and maintain records of leads, visits, and client communications
Support in offline and online marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, events, etc.)
Help in preparing marketing content, presentations, and property brochures
Interact with clients, explain project offerings, and help in customer engagement
Maintain and update CRM tools and performance tracking sheets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Comfortable in interacting with clients and team members
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, or CRM tools is a bonus
Prior internship or academic project experience in real estate/marketing is an advantage (not mandatory)
