Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Intern/Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting company products, positioning in the market and building emotional connection with target audiences. They will also support the business development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. To achieve this the candidate will have to collaborate with marketing agencies and manage operations while ensuring that all branding efforts align with the company’s values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals.
· Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
· Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute sales initiatives.
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, market gaps, and competitor analysis.
· Coordinate with the design and content team for promotional materials, digital content, and social media campaigns.
· Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Manage online presence and support digital marketing initiatives
· Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
· Manage brand communications across digital, social, print, and event channels.
· Track brand KPIs and consumer feedback to continuously refine marketing efforts
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
· Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
· Strong communication, negotiation, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Creativity in developing sales, marketing materials and campaigns.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
