Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy for GoAid.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans and programs that drive patient acquisition and engagement.
• Lead the creation and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote GoAid’s services and capabilities.
• Manage the development and production of marketing materials and collateral, including print, digital, and video content.
• Oversee the management of the GoAid’s website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the hospital’s public relations team to develop and execute media relations and events.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategy and decision making.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and track performance against key metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, community organizations, and media outlets.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the hospital’s marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Requirements:
• Graduate / Post Graduate.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on healthcare marketing.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with digital marketing, including website development, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
