Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in a specific country or region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the country or region.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and other partners.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Coordinating with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving business objectives.
• Leading negotiations with clients and partners to establish new business relationships and agreements.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the local market and adjusting sales strategies as needed.
• Managing the region's sales budget and forecasting revenue targets.
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
• Experience in negotiating and closing business deals.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the local market and cultural norms is a plus.
