We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our ambitious sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires an innovative leader who can strategically manage and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets worth 60-+0 Cr through the sale of 130+ units. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation through to booking agreements, and manage both digital and offline marketing channels.

Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing
Salary range: INR 50,000-70,000 K
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed the monthly and yearly sales targets. Create detailed projection reports and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to booking agreements.
• Lead Management: Oversee the lead generation process including planning, cost analysis, and allocation across various channels such as digital platforms, offline methods, and BTL activities. Ensure high-quality lead generation from agencies and independent POCs.
• Sales Execution: Lead the sales team to execute site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively. Ensure seamless updating and utilisation of the CRM system (Sell.Do).
• Team Leadership: Manage the pre-sales team by fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing communication between lead generation, pre-sales, and sales teams to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness in lead handling and conversion.
• Marketing Management: Supervise agency partners and independent channels for content creation, creative executions, audience targeting, and overall management of digital footprints. Additionally, oversee offline and BTL marketing efforts to ensure they align with overall strategy and yield high engagement and conversions.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly review performance metrics and provide insights on lead quality and sales prospects. Adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance and achieve key business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, including the collection team during the booking agreement phase, to ensure all terms are met and processes are streamlined.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, particularly in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, preferably Sell.Do, and MS Office.
• Experience in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, PPC campaigns, and online content strategies.
