The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market share for its ultrasonic plastic welding machines and services. This role requires strong technical knowledge, strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's sales and marketing strategies to align with overall business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue targets and customer acquisition goals
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales and marketing tactics
• Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to develop and launch new welding solutions that meet customer requirements
• Oversee the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and website content
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Strong technical knowledge of the industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and MS Office suite
• Existing relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive, medical, consumer goods, or packaging industries

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
