Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at TECHExpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies, developing sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, specifically in Surface Coatings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in sales and marketing are a plus
Language skills:
· Fluent in spoken & written local language and English is must
· Command over more than two regional languages will be an added advantage
· Should have good techno commercial skill & negotiation skill
