We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Sales and Marketing Manager who can grow our digital presence and drive qualified international leads using SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media promotions. This is a performance-focused role, ideal for someone with a passion for travel and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive bookings and tour inquiries.
Execute and refine Google Ads campaigns targeting relevant inbound traveler segments.
Improve organic search visibility across multiple Asian destination keywords through robust SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical).
Manage and scale paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) for lead generation and brand visibility.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Track and report performance across channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, keyword-rich content and ad creatives.
Monitor industry and competitor trends in travel marketing and adjust strategy accordingly.
Set, monitor, and achieve KPIs focused on leads, inquiries, and confirmed tour bookings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and social media ad campaigns.
Experience marketing inbound travel services or tourism products (preferred).
Familiarity with international travel behavior and targeting foreign markets (Europe, North America, Australia).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certifications.
Familiarity with booking systems, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Experience in content marketing, blogging, or influencer outreach within the travel niche.
