Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our organization. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. You will oversee a team of sales executives and marketing professionals, ensuring their performance aligns with the company's objectives. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and achieve sales targets in the Mumbai market.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive their performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape, and incorporate findings into sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
• Plan and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and property showcases to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing strategies, discounts, and incentives to maximize sales and profitability.
• Stay informed about real estate regulations, policies, and procedures in Mumbai, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 12+ years as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the real estate industry, preferably in Mumbai or a similar market.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai, including customer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales and marketing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong business acumen and a passion for the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of relevant real estate regulations, policies, and procedures in Mumbai.
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi. Knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
