Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and closing deals.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Jewel Trendz Club’s services and products.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategy and decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
