Sales Management:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Handle high-value client interactions and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
Marketing & Branding:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Manage social media, website promotions, and property listings.
Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendors.
Organize site visits, property exhibitions, and promotional events.
Build and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Lead Generation & CRM:
Generate leads through various channels (online portals, referrals, campaigns).
Track and manage leads using CRM tools.
Ensure prompt follow-up and customer engagement.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and target segments.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Present performance insights to senior management.
Monitor ROI on marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
