Designation- Manager – Sales and Marketing (existing clients)
Educational Qualification: Graduate, MBA (Marketing)
Work Experience (No. of years and Industry): 6 to 10 years, Jewelry industry
Salary Bracket: 12LPA
Pre-Requisites:
• Experience of handling International customers, Key Account Management, Merchandising
• Computer and Excel proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
• To identify business opportunities and supporting in creating annual business plan for existing clients
• To communicate the plan to the team and ensure execution of the plan
• To ensure generation of orders to achieve revenue and profit margin targets
• To review the Work orders prepared by the team and discuss with Operations team
• To support in planning and implementation of Marketing activities (Trade shows, Customer Visits)
• To review and ensure quality of Merchandising and take necessary steps to improve the same
• To track and update weekly plans and ensure adherence to delivery timeline
• To coordinate with PDD and R&D for Merchandising and other departments for any requirements/ issues
• To deploy Key Account Management process and enhance Customer satisfaction index
• To design and deploy Customer Query/ Complaint handling process
• To prepare and submit reports related to Sales and Marketing Manager
• To train, motivate and develop the team to achieve the targets
• To review performance of the team on the set targets and conduct weekly review meetings with the team
• To track and submit report on Budget and Department Scorecard on monthly basis
• To ensure adherence of all Company level policies and statutory requirements
• To support in deployment of people processes like Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Communication etc
