Job Title: Sales & Marketing Trainee
Company: Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
Job Summary:
Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Trainee to support our aluminium product promotion efforts across Kolkata and nearby areas. This is an on-field trainee role ideal for freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation.
Meet with builders, contractors, dealers, and fabricators to introduce aluminium profiles and products.
Support the achievement of monthly sales targets and assist in reporting sales progress.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Coordinate internally for quotations, order processing, and dispatch follow-ups.
Assist in market surveys and competitor tracking.
Take part in trade exhibitions and promotional activities when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / MBA (Any discipline)
Experience: 0–3 years in sales or marketing (preferably in aluminium/building materials)
Skills Required:
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and presentable
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Languages: Hindi and English fluency preferred
