Job Overview:
DVK HANDICRAFT is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing wholesale and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling handicrafts, home décor, or related products in the export and domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand the client base.
• Identify and approach new wholesale buyers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and international buyers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk order deals to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Represent DVK HANDICRAFT at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
• 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in handicrafts, textiles, or home décor exports.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and payment terms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
