Main Duties and Responsibilities
Fashion Consultation
· Respond to customer calls and fix appointments
· Attend to Walk-in customers
· Understand the requirements
· Present various design and fit options to the client
· Discuss budgets materials and design mood
· Provide an estimate and close the orders
Order Processing
· Maintain Sales Order forms
· Register the Sales Order forms in system
· Handing over the project to Production
· Ensuring special instructions are communicated to Production Team
Customer Support
· Attend to any customer queries and/or changes in expectations
· Make changes in the orders and coordinate with production team to resolve any issue pertaining to that order
· Follow up with customers for payments
· Ensuring payment is received prior to final delivery
· Coordinating with accounts department for resolving queries pertaining to payments
· Coordinate with customers for fittings and final deliveries
· Resolving any concerns and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the final outcome
Store Management
· Opening and closing of the store
· Ensure all billing activities are running smoothly
· Ensure store is clean, neat and organized in a visually appealing way
· Ensure items are ordered for restocking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
