• Coordination Coordination and transaction level interaction with HDFC ERGO on a daily basis for MI/SK Business Coordination and transaction level interaction with HDFC LIFE on a daily basis for CP business Coordination and transaction level interaction with BHARTI AXA on a daily basis for MI business Coordination and transaction level interaction with Bajaj Allianz on a daily basis for EW/MI Business Claims Settlement and Customer Escalation Tracking claims settlement in MI and SK cases with HDFC ERGO.
• Tracking claims settlement in CP with HDFC LIFE.
• Coordination with Sales and Collections team in NPA and overdue cases where claim is registered Handling customer escalations so that grievances are resolved within the TAT Retention Business Coordinating with Insurance HDFC ERGO and Bharti AXA with renewal and rollover business of existing customers Meeting with DSA/DDSA and updating them about retention business Visiting branches and updating on renewal and rollover business opportunities Updating vehicle loans team on renewal and rollover business status.
