To achieve targets on IRR and Processing fee, set based on channels managed Finone data on IRR/Processing Fee.
Productivity
To ensure X % of HBL/FSSPL (DST) resources meet productivity benchmarks for SMs managing Branch/Corporate sourcing OR To ensure X % of DSAs managed by the SM achieve a minimum disbursal volume (this minimum is set based on tiering of the location) Finone data channel/source code captured
Qualitative Targets
To ensure DDE drop-out ratio does not exceed X % LOS data on applications QDEd but not DDEd within acceptable Periods.
To ensure Credit FTNR (First Time Not Right) does not exceed 2%
LOS data on FTNR
For SMs managing branches specifically, no. of ZERO LG branches not to exceed 10% of total branches mapped to the SM AND LC/LG % to be at least 60% LTS data on LG and LC
