• Major thrust of business is from customer retention.

• Productivity They are responsible for hiring /training of offrole team /getting various customer base called / address customer query / get this documents collected and disburse loan .
• Increase business through internal channel To source business of Personal Loan though DSA , Internal Channels , Digital DSA and from Off role resource from Marketing Base ( Tele calling ).
• Sourcing of Business To source business of Personal Loan through referral & initiatives.
• To Cross sell other products of bank through referrals.
• To do Marketing activity in non CSA corporate.
• Off role teams on roles HBL teams for cross sale activity.
• Performance on Target /achievement Performance on cross sale of other products.
• Performance management Conversion % on inbound business Team productivity IRR & PF %.
