Job Description
Responsibilities
• Prepare daily projection report summaries and provide timely updates to the Sales Head, ensuring accurate forecasting of sales targets.
• Prepare monthly target and incentive detailed reports as per the guidelines provided by the Sales Head, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Compile and summarize the working review reports of Assistant Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Representatives (SR) for performance analysis and improvement.
• Generate sales reports for each Master Distributor, providing insights into sales performance and identifying areas for growth.
• Verify and cross-check daily projection reports in the Sales Application, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and record daily attendance of the sales team, reporting any discrepancies to the Sales Head and HR department.
• Prepare and review Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) details for the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct random calls and coordinate with distributors, retailers, and the sales team to gather market insights and report findings to the Sales Head.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with internal teammates and the sales team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to gather relevant information and provide regular updates to the Sales Head.
Required Skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel functions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interact with the sales team and stakeholders.
• Willingness to engage in telephonic conversations with the sales team for information gathering and problem-solving.
• Skilled in data preparation, data analysis, and data compilation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
