Roles and Responsibilities
• Support sales team with daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Data Compiling, cleaning and reporting the sales data in a prescribed format.
• Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis, reports generation, stock update on required basis.
• Working closely with Sales management team to support them with a data requirement
• Coordinating and collecting data from sales team.
• Monitoring information from excise portal.
• Updating the missing product and customer information and uploading in portal.
• Prepare reports like (Daily Sales Report, Target Vs. Achievement Report, Market Share gain loss report, Sales Scorecard, Sales Volume Growth Report)
• Some other activities like (Master Data, Ad-Hoc Reporting)
• Understanding on Analytics tools
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate in the age group of 24-28 with 2-3 years of experience in MIS
EXPEREINCE
Excellent in Computer skills, especially Excel and Power point and Power BI
Ability to understand and create reports
Beverage / FMCG background preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in sales MIS
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable):
Should be assertive and persuasive.
An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
• Looking for a Goa based candidate who can start immediately / Within 15-20 Days
