Strengthening existing dealer network by wide market coverage, appointing distributors and dealers territory wise.
• Identifying new areas of product applications and developing new customers and Forecasting demand and supply and strategies sales as per budgeted and maintaining the stock levels.
• Continuously meeting architects, contractors and builders for the usage of the product and keeping track of the upcoming projects.
• Monitoring and motivating existing and newly appointing dealers and distributors for better sale of the product. Effective implementation of sales promotion activities like meets for Interiors, Architects, Builders, OEM's and carpenters. After sales service like attending product complaints and explaining measures how to overcome them. Handling sales in the entire assigned region, responsible for sale and collection.
