Your new companyYou will be joining a successful and growing manufacturing organisation in Kidderminster for a new role in the Sales and Customer service team.
Requirements
Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join an ever-changing and developing business working at the heart of the company, in Sales and Customer Service within a medium-sized team. The key function of the job is to coordinate sales office activities and customer service enquiries to meet both customer and business requirements. Core duties involve:
• Responding effectively to all types of customer enquiries via phone, email and letter, including stock, pricing and delivery status'
• Use of the business and other office systems to respond effectively to customer enquiries and processing orders
• Ensuring outstanding orders are progressed and customers are kept informed
• Handling Customer Service issues, including complaint handling
• Administration and sales support for internal and external customers
• Ad-hoc administration to support the wider business
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the Kidderminster office. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have excellent verbal and written communication and be confident in handling queries and issues in a timely manner. You will be confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages as well as have good attention to detail.
