Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential customers in industrial and commercial sector for Customer for flow meters sales.
• Prospect to a set of new business accounts within an assigned territory
• Work with Sales leadership to develop comprehensive lead generation strategies to ensure maximum
• revenue growth in the respective territory
• Collaborate with the sales development representatives to effectively prospect assigned accounts/territories, should be able to bring high conversion rate from cold calls & visits
• Deliver against individual & Channel Partner Goals and Assigned Targets.
• Ensure that prospects have been properly qualified and that proper expectations have been
communicated
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in your territory.
• Analyzing customer requirements and propose appropriate solution for users having high consumption of water and close with commercial offer.
• Travel actively in the designated territory for sales
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years Channel/Direct Sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, Accurate forecasting
• Ability to develop, articulate and present a compelling and personalized value proposition via customer meetings and product demonstrations, both in-person, and via the web
• Experience developing a territory: identifying and qualifying opportunities; pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers with monthly recurring revenue
• Technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value,
• Experience in selling instruments related to water is preferable (Water Meters, Pumps, motors,
valves, pipes, boilers, SCADA systems, industrial automation, STP, ETP etc.)
• Good understanding of technologies in of IoT and smart technologies water
• Positive attitude, high motivation level and a passion for building a business
• Extremely good interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Fluency in Hindi and English
