Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor the sales performance of your POSPs (Point of Sales Person) that will be hired by you.
Responsibilities
• Conduct various activities for identifying customers who require insurance.
• Appoint POSPs.
• Liaison with customers and back end for smooth processing of the insurance policies.
• To achieve the revenue objectives through right product –mix portfolio-mix basis the target.
• Meeting monthly sales target.
Locations & Openings:
• Mumbai - 4 openings
• Nanded - 2 openings
• Gujarat - 2 openings
• Delhi - 2 openings
Salary Range: ₹ 1.8 Lacs to ₹ 5 Lacs
Qualifications
• Minimum Qualification - Graduate.
• 0-1 year of experience is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication and Analytical skills
• Should be a self-starrer, proactive and persuasive
• Should have good communications skills
