Job Location- Pune
Qualification-Min. 12th
Salary - 2.6 Lpa
Experience - 1 year (In FMCG)
Job Role
• The role requires regular market visits to understand competitors' activities, to understand retailer feedback, and their requirements
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - kirana store owners, modern store formats
• Responsible for onboarding, transacting, and value targets of the product range
• Working closely with Marketing strategies and resolving retailer issues if any
• Keep a meticulous record of sales, revenue, invoices
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms
Experience & Skill Required For The Role
• A candidate should be 12th standard pass
• Minimum 1 Year of sales experience in handling of general trade in FMCG or related industry
• Exposure to FMCG B2B Business would be an advantage
• Looking for talent with passion and agility
• Verbal and Written communication skills

Remuneration & Benefits
Incentives -
• Performance-based incentives, Percentage-wise, can be discussed at the time of hiring
Conveyance -
• Petrol allowance will be Rs 150 per day
Benefits -
• If the Candidate stays with the organization for 2 years then the person gets a bonus of one month's salary after the completion of 2 years.
• 21-day salary after the financial year gets over after having had completed 2 years.
• Annual employee outings and retreats.
