Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in New Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Lucknow and Kanpur , New Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Lucknow and Kanpur. The Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales.

Qualifications
• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and channel sales
• Experience in sales operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Ability to analyze data and present results in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Job Description
• Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:

Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular

intervals with the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/

Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.
• Source Relationship Management:

Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and

identified by him in his geography/area.
• Maintain Reports:

Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the

prescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format

of activities.
• Channel Partner Recruitment:

Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner
• Team Huddle:

Responsible for ascending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.
• Customer Relationship Management:

Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and

maintaining relationship with customers.
• Completion of File:

Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and

information.

Candidate Eligibility
• The candidate must be a graduate pass out from any stream.
• 0.6 to 1 Year of experience in sales is preferred.
• The job requires extensive traveling so the candidate must be willing to travel within the city.
• Candidate must have good communication skills.
