Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and retailers.
People Management – Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of GT sales experience in a large FMCG organization
- Comfortable with Telugu and English
- Proficient with MS-Office
