JOB LOCATION: AHMEDABAD Immediate Joiner can CALL ON 90238 02062 Roles & Responsibility Your principal responsibilities will include, but are not restricted or limited to: • To drive secondary sales and act as interface between distributor and retailers and increase market share for our product at end user • Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the assigned sales target. • Use field data for assigned market to identify brand/pack gaps in territory • Help Marketing team to design and implement local Sales promotion scheme. • Set clear volume targets and KPIs for team. • Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs. • Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set. • Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets). Engage with KEY retailers • Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting authority on daily basis.
