Description

Job Description:
• The critical role is opening and retaining the accounts in each channel.
• To achieve secondary and primary sales objectives as per agreed targets.
• Establishing the distributor network service, the accounts
• Appoint all the agreed number of distributors to service the modern trade account base. Refer to induction manual for the profile of distributor for modern trade
• Establish primary and secondary targets account wise and market wise as per the territory for all the FSE’s in your territory. Break them day wise, week wise and month wise for tracking and review.
• Conduct review meetings on weekly and monthly basis and review the efficiency of your BDE's and track account
• Ensure that the distributor claims on time and forward them for authorization to the management.
• Regularly up-date the immediate supervisor on all market developments and Opportunities
• Handling sales through distributors to MT retail accounts like Big Bazaar, DMart, ABRL, Spencers etc.
• Direct Cash and Carry accounts like Metro Cash & Carry, Walmart etc. and few independent self-service stores for allocated area.
• Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers of MT chains thru team or self. Servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for Stocks.
• Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
• Managing listing in local key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from Management
• Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
• Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.
• Handling Third party team comprising of Promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and off takes of products as and when required and upon instructions from management.

Skills Required:
• Good communication skills, communication in Local language & decent knowledge in English
• Sales Experienced in Food & Beverages Industry is mandatory
• Qualification - Graduate with 3-4 years of experience
• Must have in Modern Trade Experience
