As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase how our offerings can solve customer problems and meet their needs.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with potential customers, including pricing, discounts, and payment terms, to secure deals and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues raised.
• Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and achievements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions through market research, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to communicate customer feedback and market insights.
• Work towards achieving sales targets or quotas, demonstrating a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in Apparel Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
