Roles & Responsibilities:
Prospecting with interested leads / Generated Leads - who are inclined to take a loan.
- Establishing contact with the prospect,
Setting up an appointment
- Need analysis
- Eligibility profiling
- Follow up with the prospect post every meeting with the sales office until the conclusion
KYC and all other relevant document collection
Selection Criteria:
• Fresher Graduates in any stream
• With good interest in Sales.
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Listening Skills
• Quick learner of process
• Customer handling skills
