Sales officer
Prior experience in FMCG is mandatory*
• Candidates must have a passion for field sales and should be able to plan their beats and map the market efficiently.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Ensure product availability at all relevant channels
• Responsible for planning & achieving monthly/ yearly target
• Maintain and enhance trade relations
• Facilitate timely and quality feedback for all activities as per guidelines
• Overall accountable for all operational programs in the assigned area.
• To develop knowledge of all facets of new selling/ application techniques, consumer needs and customer business issues. In line with the plan, arrange and implement demonstrations / exhibitions to further capitalize on the opportunities for the business.
• Handling existing distributors and dealers as well as adding new outlets
• Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales
• Ensuring Display, merchandising and availability of stock in assigned outlets
• Ensuring Timely settlement of all claims
