Acquisition of Quality CA (Current Account) Accounts-Qualified & Activated NTB CA Accounts (In Nos.)2. Acquisition of Quality Higher CA variants-Acquisition of Qualified andActivated Higher CA variants3. Acquisition of CA Values-CA AMB acquired in accounts sourced duringthe month (In Rs)4. Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold,Trade/FX, Assets products5. Maintaining good relationship with the customers6. Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines7. Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk8. Comply with Banks policies and processes9. Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriatesolutions to address the concerns10. Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets11.Ensure timely submission of MIS reportsProfileEducation:1. Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)2. AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantagePast Experience: 0 - 5 yearswork experience in Banking & Financial Services OrganizationsOther Aspects / Skills:-1 Good written and verbal communication skills2 Fully conversant with MS Office3 Excellent networking & interpersonal skills4 Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance5 Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking orBranch Banking Knowledge of regulatory guidelines Education: UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
